Just a minor update to fix a couple reported issues.
-HPBAR spam shouldn't happen now.
-Ghost and nitro mummies spawned faster once ghost nitro mummies were unlocked.
-Made Rail Rev trails client side.
-Put obituaries straight into many of the projectiles.
-Some monsters did not have -COUNTKILL.
